Vidfinity is primarily a media hosting website where user uploads are accepted only under the the following Terms Of Service ("TOS"). By registering with and uploading to Vidfinity, users agree to accept these terms.

Pornography, nudity, sexual explicit images, gruesome images, images of death or abuse, and similarly offensive images are prohibited. Vidfinity reserves the right to decide appropriate content, and will delete images, movie files or studios at any time without prior notice. Vidfinity will cooperate with all legal authorities if an investigation should arise concerning material users have uploaded. Links to such content are also forbidden.

Users of Vidfinity must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images and files that users upload and which violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If an infringement claim is made against a user, they will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute concerning material uploaded by a user then Vidfinity is under no obligation to become involved.

By uploading an image, video or other file to Vidfinity, users give permission for the owners of Vidfinity to publish any such files. Users upload files to Vidfinity on condition that they release all rights to the media, and give full permission to Vidfinity and its associates to use and publish the image in any way they wish. Should Vidfinity wish to sell the user's media, a contract will be drawn concerning rights and royalties.

Vidfinity makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your media. As a user of Vidfinity, you agree that Vidfinity is not liable for your media or any lost business due to the temporary unavailability or permanent closure of the website.

File deletion requests may be made by contacting Vidfinity. Do not upload any content that you do not want on the Internet.

Vidfinity reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without prior notice to its users.
